Lewiston’s multi-faceted downtown Riverfront Island Master Plan continues to move forward. Recent enhancements include the reconstruction of the main entrance to Simard-Payne Memorial Park, Rails Restaurant courtyard on an historic rail depot site, and a new outside amphitheater.
